Nico liked the amphitheatre when it was empty. It was such a vast space that he could easily hide in if someone came along, but it had a warm energy that made Nico almost not want to hide. He supposed it was leftover energy from the last sing-a-long night where the Apollo kids worked their magic with song and music.
He was mainly in the amphitheatre because he liked being alone, or at least distanced from people. He could hear the sound of other campers outside of the slightly enclosed area and he smiled a small smile. Camp Olympus was nice. He enjoyed being there, even if he was usually avoiding people that weren't Brie or Lilly.
The brunet stretched his arms above his head and sighed, looking up at the sky. It was a nice shade of blue, and yet Nico was lurking in the shadows. He wasn't much for sun, but he'd needed out of Hades cabin, away from everyone, and the amphitheatre provided a good amount of shadows for him to hide in. He was glad no one seemed to come into the small theatre during the day.
As if to spite him, Nico heard footsteps. "Oh for the love of the gods," Nico muttered, dropping his arms. He couldn't get one iota of alone time, could he?
