Ares really, really, seriously was pissed. His presence was required at camp, Aphrodite was withholding a certain pleasure that he didn't like missing out on, and everything in the world was just really crappy at the current moment. He stabbed the dummy again for good measure before chopping off its head in a clean swipe.

This guy is sort of heartless. He doesn't care about much, he does what he wants, and he doesn't care what other people think. He's often quite bloodthirsty and gets jealous easily. But Aphrodite can sometimes break that barrier of his and sometimes sees the sweet guy that he can be.
