So! Basically I'm looking for someone to play Ares. He's Aphrodite's secret-yet-not-so-secret lover. I'm fairly certain that everyone knows exactly how these two carry about with their relationship - they think that they're being discreet (and they can be for the most part when they really try) but everyone knows that they're together. It's not really clear as to whether or not Aphrodite really loves him, but it is well known that out of all of her affairs - it is Ares that is her favorite to "fool around" with.
While she has grown to love her husband over the millennia, Aphrodite is definitely more in love with Ares than she is with Hephaestus - which has certainly gotten the two of them into trouble over the years that have passed. Hephaestus once caught them together in a golden net of his own design, and invited the gods to come and laugh at their affair. Her husband seems to enjoy inventing new ways to humiliate the two, and because of this Ares and Aphrodite pick the locations for their dates very carefully - especially if they're meeting up at the camp.
Aphrodite does have immortal children with Ares: Anteros, Adrestia, Deimos, Eros, Erotes, Harmonia, Phobos. I would imagine, though, that Ares isn't really a huge fan of her children at the camp - more of a jealousy thing than not actually liking the children though (despite the fact that he has plenty of children of his own lol).
As for who Ares is personality wise and everything else, that is entirely up to you. It's pretty well known what he acts like, but if you need a reference you can always look here or here for help. I, for one, never knew that Ares had 53 children (not including the children at the camp since this came from the purely mythological standpoint ha) whereas Aphrodite only had 23. ;P
SO. ANYWAY. I really want an Ares....please? I'D LOVE YOU FOREVER.
