Rion Stephens and his twin sister, Aliyah Stephens, were born to Amatta Stephens in a small village in Puerto Rico. She moved to New York City after Rion's sister got sick. It was the best place for medicine for the sick babe.
It was New York City that brought Amatta Stephens and Jasper Heeley. It was a steady romance and time seemed to fly past. Amatta and Jasper married when Rion and Aliyah were both only three years old.
Even at the age of three, Rion's powers were strong. His parents shuffled him around preschools with Aliyah for a while before Amatta caved and took Rion to a camp Rion's birth father told her about. It was a place called Camp Half-Blood. Amatta left Rion there, keeping Aliyah and moving back with Jasper. From what he can tell, Rion was raised in Camp Half-Blood.
So then, the question Rion has been asking since he woke up in Colorado is, If he was raised at Camp Half-Blood, why is he at Camp Olympus? And why is everyone acting... Well, not like he's an outsider or a freak?

Arianna dressed quickly in a pink and white stripped pencil skirt, white croched top with lace embellishment, and whit e lace pumps. Her hair was curly from sleeping in rollers and she had light make up on. Today she was going to go visit her new friend Ginny Weasley, she might even get to meet Ginny's daughter. Grabbing the bottle of wine she had wrapped a s a gift the night before, and her purse she locked and warded the apartment before walking out the building and heading into town.
She was so excited to be able to visit her friend, Arianna was still trying to meeg new people, to stop being sonlazy about her future, but she had at least gone and gotten her cat Bellie. Walking through Diagon she looked for the apartment where Ginny lived, finding the door she knocked softly.
