Other Characteristics: Aiden has a tattoo of a lyre on his right side, about six inches tall and four inches wide. He has a few self inflicted scars on his stomach as well as on his left arm. On his left shoulder is a cigar burn.
Overall: Aiden is about 5'9" and strongly built. He has strong arms and strong legs but a slightly pudgy belly. He has some baby fat stil on his stomach but he does have some stomach muscles. He's lean but he hides his figure behind slightly baggy clothes. For instance, his jeans might be just a size too big or his sleeves might cover his finger tips. He has dark brown, almost black, hair that varies in style, often just falling how it pleases after it's been combed. He doesn't have any preferred style. His eyes are blue-brown yet people rarely see them because he keeps his eyes on the ground.

History:
Aiden Benedict Grayson, Anya Matilda Grayson, and West Anthony Grayson were born to Leila Anne Grayson and Apollo on January 5, 1994. Apollo stayed by Leila's side through childbirth and helped her get settled into a four-bedroom apartment he owned. He left shortly after Leila was settled.

The triplets started very doted upon and loved, despite the fact that Leila struggled showing all three of them the same love. Anya was doted on the most because she was the only girl. Howver, Leila managed. It was the four of them for three years when, at the supermarket, Leila Grayson met Mitchel Thompson.

While Leila and Mitchel dated, he was very nice. He bought the kids new clothes and treated them like they were his own kids. He was the only father they knew. For two years, the five of them were happy. When Mitchel proposed, Leila cried and accepted. The wedding went over without a hitch, with Aiden and West as Mitchel's best men and Anya as Leila's maid of honor. After the honeymoon, life was never the same.

Apparently, on the flight home to Denver from the honeymoon, Mitchel asked Leila who the triplets' parents were. She told him and he was insulted because he thought she was lying. Once they were safely home, he hit Leila in front of the kids. Anya ran out of the room crying, West ran after Anya, but Aiden stayed to help his mom up. They were five at the time, but all three kids knew hitting was bad. The next incident was when Anya broke one of Leila's antique plates. Leila let her off with a smack to the back of her hand but Mitchel tried to hit her, ending up hitting Leila who stood in the way of her daughter. Seeing their mother be hit for the second time, both Aiden and West ran at Mitchel and started hitting him. When Mitchel told them to stop, West did and went to help Anya with their mom. Aiden didn't stop, prompting Mitchel to backhand him.

This continued. For every minor infraction the kids committed, Mitchel would hit them. Leila wasn't always around to protect them, but the kids stood up for each other. West and Aiden didn't let Mitchel hit Anya and Aiden didn't let Mitchel hit West. By the time the kids were ten, the hitting had become a normal part of their lives. No one ever expected it to grow like it did.

On the first day of third grade, Aiden got in a fight with a boy because the boy pulled Anya's hair. Aiden was suspended from the school campus until his parents could converse with the school about the incident. Mitchel picked Aiden up for school and told him they would talk later when Mitchel had calmed down. About two hours passed, and Mitchel called Aiden down to the living room. He was smoking a cigar and he asked Aiden to sit on his lap. Aiden warily did so and was surprised to get a calm lecture from Mitchel. The end of the lecture took a turn when Mitchel shouted that Aiden was shaming their family and he shoved the burning end of his cigar onto Aiden's left shoulder. He covered Aiden's mouth as the 10 year old screamed and threw the cigar into the ash tray in the living room. He put cream and bandages over the burn and neither of them spoke a word about it to their other family members.

After that, Aiden seemed to take most of the brutal beatings Mitchel dished out behind the scenes. If his siblings or mother knew about it, none of them ever approached Aiden about it.

During fourth grade, Aiden really started to gain weight until he was a three-hundred pound nine year old boy. The weight gain was partially because he hit puberty and partially because the issues with his step-father were really stressing him out. He had turned to eating and ended up the laughing stock of the entire school. At home, his mother would make offhand remarks about his weight, a "eat some vegetables, put down the bread" here or there. His siblings avoided talking about it and avoided him at all costs and Mitchel dealt with it by hitting him or telling him he was "fat and ugly" and that "no one could ever love such a hippo". In fifth grade, Aiden lost some weight but was still taunted and verbally abused by his peers and his step-father.

In his first year of middle school (sixth grade), Aiden was attacked. His schedule, including lunch hours, differed drastically from his siblings' schedules so when he was attacked, he was alone. He was walking back from lunch when a monster ran at him from a bush. Aiden tried to run but he wasn't very fast and so the monster easily overtook him and started beating him. On the verge of unconsciousness, Aiden was rescued by a bright flash of light that he shielded his eyes for. When he looked, there was a guy who couldn't have been a student at the middle/high school but he couldn't have been a teacher either.

The guy introduced himself as Apollo, the sun god, and he explained to Aiden that he and his siblings were demigods and that he was their real father. And then, of course, Apollo said, "But I never imagined a son of mine to be so fat." The fact that all three of his parents commented on his weight but didn't offer solutions really hit Aiden hard. Apollo took Aiden home and left him there, unsupervised. Aiden discovered the act of cutting that day and he also discovered a few helpful ways to lose weight. Coupled with those things was his way to cope with everything -the cutting, the weight loss, his family-, poetry.

In seventh grade, Aiden's weight loss started to show and, while he wasn't at the ideal weight for his age, he was still better than he had been. The teasing lessened but didn't completely stop, either. Aiden continued to cut himself and write poetry. His weight loss regime was to cut his meals in half and, if he was hungry, drink water. He also took frequent walks around the block. And he still suffered through the beatings from his step-father. The beatings became more frequent and just for Mitchel to get out his anger. It was still a secret.

Sometime during his seventh grade year, age 12, the Grayson-Thompsons went to see a ballet. That was when Aiden discovered some of the powers that came with being a son of Apollo. The first he learned was that he had the ability of absolute pitch. He perfected it later in life but part of that ability showed itself when Aiden complained that the cello was out of tune. Annoyed, Mitchel managed to get to the celloist to ask if his cello was out of tune. The celloist hesitated and played his instrument carefully, finding that he needed to tune it up. The family was in awe and, at a later date, Aiden was invited to the orchestra's practice session to see if he could help tune up some instruments.

The second ability was future sight. About midway into the ballet, Aiden got a migraine. He closed his eyes to try and push the pain away and he saw himself sobbing. He didn't see why he was sobbing but he could see himself crying and see his lips moving. He was pulled out of the vision when an elderly woman asked if she could pass him. Fifteen minutes later, a man with a gun ran into the theatre, screaming about how his girlfriend picked the "stupid dancing shit" over him and he proceeded to shoot up the place. One of the victims was Leila Thompson. When the ambulance arrived, Aiden was on his knees by his mother's dying body sobbing and screaming "Mom, Mom no" over and over again. All Aiden knew in those moments was that he was losing his mom. He didn't know where Mitchel or his siblings were, all he knew was that his mom was dying.

Leila died that evening. The funeral service was small and quiet, just with family. After the service, Aiden would swear up and down he saw Apollo in a black tux, putting a flower on Leila's grave.

After Leila's death, Mitchel's abuse got worse because he started drinking. Anya started not coming home at night. West started bringing home girls at all hours of the night. And Aiden continued to cut himself and continued to lose weight. His weight loss methods were later added onto the more the abuse kept coming. By the time the Grayson triplets got into high school, not only was Aiden eating less, he was making himself throw up.

Aiden entered high school armed with iron pills and a binder of poetry as well as a folder of half-finished songs for the Denver orchestra. By sophomore year in high school, Aiden was at a healthy weight for his age. He started eating regularly but he occasionally made himself throw up to make sure the weight didn't come back. His poems got consistently darker and he continued cutting himself. His left arm, from about wrist to elbow on both sides, was covered in scars as was his stomach. Aiden cut his stomach because it was a major cause of childhood trauma for him.

At seventeen, Apollo paid the Grayson-Thompson apartment a visit. Apparently, Anya and West already knew about Apollo because no one in the house was surprised by the god's sudden appearance. The god informed them of the war that had just ended around them. A war of demigods versus titans. And then Apollo asked them to leave their home and go to Camp Halfblood to help everything over there. Aiden agreed and left to go pack, not caring if his siblings were going. That summer, the trio was flown out to Camp Halfblood. They returned to Denver in order to finish out their senior years. Aiden was still abused by his step-father until he graduated. Upon graduation, Aiden became a year-round camper at Camp Halfblood. His siblings didn't come to camp until just before they were to head off to college. They were eighteen then. They stayed at Camp Halfblood, watching as they gained new half-siblings and new family members, watching as the camp started to overflow.

When Camp Olympus opened, Aiden volunteered he and his siblings to go to the new camp, especially since it was near Denver, their home. They've been at Camp Olympus ever since.

"This site is mine," Megg told her dog in an irritated voice. She couldn't believe that they asked her to do an RP sample. She made the site! How dare they expect that of her. "It's MINE!" she screamed, causing her dog to jump up from her laying place. The dog peered at Megg curiously before barking. "Oh...." Megg muttered, looking at the dog. "Shadow, you're right.... I did this... So I shouldn't have to do an RP sample." The dog barked again and Megg sighed loudly.
